- All activities are subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Management reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any activity without prior notice.
- Full security deposit is required upon confirmation. In the event of any cancellation, the full security deposit shall be converted into cancellation charges. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
- Management shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to the failure to connect with other services. Furthermore, the Management expressly disclaims all liability for any loss of or damage to baggage or personal belongings, as well as illness, injury, or death arising from activities beyond its control.
- Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to these terms and conditions, or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- No refund or rate deduction will be provided for any services included in the package that are not utilized.
- Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable, whether in part or in full.
- Any amendments or cancellations after full payment has been made will not be entertained.
- Luggage weight is limited to 20kg per person (maximum of 2 pieces of luggage).
- Bringing explosives and flammable substances on the boat is strictly prohibited.
- Optional activities are not available for advance booking. Guests are required to check slot availability upon check-in with the relevant department.
- Any event arrangements such as birthdays, room decorations, or other special requests must be communicated to the reservation team at least one (1) week prior to check-in.
- 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment is required for bookings made within one (2) weeks of the check-in date.
